We want you to love your Lililo! That's why we offer a free 7-day window after delivery to return or exchange your item. Just remember - once these 7 days have passed, we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility:

What You Need to Know  For a smooth return experience, please ensure:

  • Your Lililo is unused and in the same condition you received it

  • All original packaging is intact

  • All original tags are attached

  • You're within the 7-day window from delivery

When Returns Can't Be Processed We can't accept returns if:

  • The 7-day window has passed

  • The item shows signs of wear or damage

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

What Happens Next?

  1. Use the ‘Return/Exchange’ button. If you face any trouble, feel free to contact us at support@shoplililo.com or call/message +919930775957 (10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Saturday)

  2. We'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep

  3. Once picked up, your return goes through a quick quality check

  4. If approved, we process your refund within 48 hours

Getting Your Money Back  Here's when you can expect your refund:

For Online Payments:

  • Refund initiated within 48 hours after quality check

  • Amount reflects in 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

For Cash on Delivery:

  • You'll receive a link via WhatsApp and email

  • Choose refund via UPI or bank transfer

  • Amount reflects in 5-7 working days

Cancellations are allowed if the order hasn't left our warenouse typically within 6 to 20 hours of placing the order. For urgent requests please contact us promptily via Email or Whats App.
